Editorial Policy
This page explains how the wiki decides what becomes a guide, what stays as roadmap context, and how translations preserve official game terms.
Sources and version differences
Check the version when a route differs from your game. A planned feature is not the same as an available feature.
| Source type | How we use it | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Official Steam page | Playable scope, demo status, review labels, Early Access description | Not copied as guide text |
| Official Steam news | Patch Notes, roadmap boundaries, shipped features | Roadmap plans are not treated as live systems |
| Player walkthroughs | Route examples, reported fish zones, quest sequence hints | Compare with the current journal and patch notes; keep links to the relevant route. |
| Our guide editing | Player-facing steps, tables, mistakes, and route order | No fake Patch Notes or invented systems |
Translation rule
Game names, company names, Steam, Pixel Puffs, Early Access, Hotfix, Patch Notes, Update #1, NPC names, and in-game terms stay in their recognizable form when translating.
Found a different requirement?
Compare the quest name, game version and changed step with the latest patch notes. For game help, follow Wiki Help’s Steam Community link; posts there are public, so do not share passwords or private save files. Follow your current journal and item descriptions when requirements differ.
